We are an independent board game publisher. We design, produce, and distribute our own games, sold directly through our online store and via distribution partners in several countries.
Do you sell directly to consumers?
Yes. Our website includes an online store for individual customers, with international shipping.
Do you also work with professionals?
Yes. We collaborate with specialized game stores and distributors.
Do you sponsor associations?
No. We receive far too many sponsorship requests (game donations) and have decided not to pursue them anymore.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Available destinations are listed during checkout.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier. On average: Europe: 3 to 7 business days, outside Europe: 7 to 21 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with well-known international carriers. The exact carrier is indicated at the time of shipment.
Are customs fees included?
No. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, or import VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
Where are your products stored?
We operate two storage locations: one in Namur, Belgium, and one in Las Vegas, USA.

Are payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through certified payment providers using encrypted data.
Which currency is used for payment?

In which languages are your games available?
Each product page specifies the languages included in the box. Some games are multilingual, while others are available in separate language editions.
Are the rules available online?
Yes. The rules can be downloaded from each game’s product page and on boardgamegeek.com.
Are your games suitable for children?
Each game clearly indicates the recommended age, average playtime, and number of players.
After-sales service
What should I do if a part is missing or defective?
Please contact our customer service via the contact form, specifying the game concerned and the missing or defective part. Replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Can I return a product?
Yes, in accordance with applicable legislation. Return conditions are detailed in our terms and conditions of sale.
How can I contact customer support?

Prototype submission guidelines are detailed on a dedicated page. Unsolicited submissions may not be reviewed.

Yes. Professionals can contact us to receive our retailer and distributor terms.
Do you work with influencers or content creators?
Yes. Press and content partnership requests can be sent via the contact form.
Do you use AI in your illustration process?
No. We work with illustrators selected according to the graphic style we want for our games.
Are your games suitable for color-blind players?
Our games are designed to be accessible to color-blind players in most cases. Key information does not rely solely on color, but also on symbols, shapes, or pictograms, taking the most common forms of color blindness into account. As color perception varies from person to person, we cannot guarantee perfect accessibility in all cases.
Catalogue
Which of your games has been the most successful?
Our most successful game to date is Magic Maze, designed by Kasper Lapp and illustrated by Gyom. It was nominated for the Spiel des Jahres in 2017. Magic Maze stands out for its unique real-time cooperative gameplay, which has had a lasting impact on the modern board game landscape.
Are your games language dependent?
No (with the exception of Hidden Roles, an expansion for Magic Maze). Our games contain text only on the box and in the rulebook.
Are your game rules available for download?
Yes, provided this does not conflict with agreements with our distribution partners. In general, we make the rules available on our website and on boardgamegeek.com.
What is your editorial line?
We do not follow a strict editorial line. We work primarily on a “gut feeling” basis. We mainly publish games that stand out from what is commonly found on the market, focusing on unique game mechanics for the enjoyment of players.
