When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders twice a week. In rare cases, circumstances beyond our control may require us to postpone processing. Your order will then be processed as soon as possible.
Will I have to pay custom fees?
SitDown! Games is not responsible for any customs fees or duties you may incur. Please check with your local customs office or postal service to understand any potential import duties or fees before placing your order. We ship from Belgium (Europe).
Why don’t you ship to the United Kingdom?
UK legislation requires sellers to be registered for UK VAT in order to sell to UK consumers for orders up to £135 (products + shipping combined). As we are not registered for UK VAT, we cannot ship orders below this £135 threshold.
However, if you wish to place an order above £135, we can ship it to the UK. In that case, please contact us via the form at the bottom of the page so we can process the payment manually. Please note that UK VAT will be payable upon import when the goods enter the UK.
